• Our 300 and 400 sq. ft. executive office suites are ideal for the start-up that is ready to move out of your home or apartment, for a business that isn’t quite big enough to take on a more expensive traditional retail space, or for a small business that needs to find a more-affordable space while the economy recovers.
• All utilities and essential support facilities are included with each lease. This includes electricity, internet, mailbox, restrooms, shared break room, 24/7 video monitoring of the premises, and free parking for employees and customers. 
• We have incredibly flexible storage and warehousing space. Our storage units start as small as 25 square feet and go up to 600 square feet. You can adjust your storage on a month-to-month basis, so you only pay for the space you need. 
• We are ideal for businesses that use a fleet of vehicles. We have plenty of secured parking available for commercial vehicles on the property.
• You can get started on an incredibly-affordable month-to-month lease, or upgrade to a full-year lease and save up to 17% on your annual rent!
