Good Storage, good rates and very secure and clean

Tomball Grand Storage is awesome for your storage needs. To the availability, staff, management, billing, to the units. Easy to get in and out of and units are very clean and convenient. Nothing but the best for storage. We had a great experience using Tomball Grand Storage.

Once the office management had found that I am a disabled Veteran in no time I was given a apologetic discount ,for my service to my country ,because they had not noticed. Very Clean facility with carts to help move your stuff. Staff is also very nice and answer your emails and phone calls quickly. 💕Unfortunately we had to move our stuff out because the company DOUBLED our rent back in the beginning of October and recently told us they would be upping our rent AGAIN. We just had our first baby when they doubled the rent and now they are raising the price on “select units”. How many more times are we going to get that email and have to pay more and more for the exact same service? Nothing was upgraded for us to justify either price hike. (Also the womens bathroom doesn’t have a baby changing station so if you need to change your baby while getting your stuff be prepared to just do it in your vehicle.) Good luck to anyone renting there with the constant price changes. If we had money to burn I would still be renting there anyways cuz I really liked it. 😓

Very friendly staff. Ciana was very understanding of my situation and helped me with the unit. She even let me know that my lock wasn't on my unit. Also easy access to unit even after closing hours. The A/C units feel great walking into after a move. Moving can be so hetic but Tomball Grand and Ciana helped take away some of the stress. 🙌🙌🙌👍

We were put in a difficult position while moving from Michigan to Texas, with a closing date pushed beyond expected. Needing a place to park a 26 foot moving truck quickly we found Tomball Grand Storage massively helpful. I was able to rent and setup the spot online in under 15 minutes. The helpful gentleman I called in the office went the extra mile to check my security code and the parking spot during a rain storm, knowing the office would be closed on the day we came to utilize the spot. Couldn't be more appreciative and would definitely utilize their service again.

I would recommend Tomball Grand Storage; it's not often you encounter a clean, well kept storage facility and to top it off with outstanding customer service and care by Associates. Ricky and Mikesha (The Manager) were great during the entire process; moving is stressful and when you encounter Management and Associates that take the extra care and time to make this part of the move easy, I would recommend you use them, Thank You Ricky.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, good prices and security. Ricky was very helpful at check in and continues to be so. I'm really impressed with the new addition to the facility with office accessibility. I'm storing my rv while visiting family in the area. This will be my go to place for future visits!!

My Husband and I moved to the Tomball area 5 months ago. We are having a home built that will not be completed until March. We needed a clean, safe and secure place to store a lot of stuff!! We are so pleased with Tomball Grand Storage. The facility is new and very clean. The office employees are exceptional!! They are extremely helpful is getting us moved and our things stored. There is a wonderful moving company on site. We highly recommend the moving company and Tomball Grand Storage. Thank you Tomball Grand Storage for all of your help. The move and storage have been flawless.

Finest staff

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do. Getting a space rental was quick and painless. Appears clean and well maintained. Hours are convenient for my family. Definitely the place to go to store items. Security is awesome too. Don't think I'll have anything to worry about.

The 2 young lady manager and asst manager was very very helpful

They work very well with your needs. There is a bit of transitioning going on right now but it is still more efficient than anywhere else and they are a mile more helpful.

I have rented a semi truck space for 3yrs. I have always been happy with the facility as well as the management. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is that a few months ago a large amount of dirt was brought in and spread in the semi truck area. Also a very large pile of dirt was left in the middle of the parking lot. This makes it very difficult to back into our assigned spaces because we have to maneuver around this pile which covers a large portion of the lot. The worst of it is that when it rains, the lot becomes a mud pit with large uneven potholes. It would be nice if they would remove the dirt, bring in some harder material such as coleche and level as well as pack the material so that the semis have a decent pothole free lot that does not become a mess when it rains.
